Would you like to learn more about the Catholic Church? Or, are you ready to join the Catholic faith? Then RCIA at St. John Vianney is exactly what you've been looking for. This process of learning, reflection, and prayer will guide you on your conversion journey and give you a deeper understanding of the faith and a closer relationship with God. It doesn't matter if you were never baptized or if you were baptized in another faith. All are welcome to share in the full initiation and richness of the faith. This unique video series was created and presented by Jeff Cavins, internationally known author, theologian, and host of programs on EWTN and Relevant Radio. It's a great way to gain a deeper understanding of the Bible.

Religious Education programs for young people who do not attend our Catholic school have always been an important part of the Parish program. The Religious Education Department has sessions for grades K through 12 on a regular basis. We have many catechists and assistants who volunteer to teach students as well as helping out as monitors.

Youth in grades 6 through 12 meet on a regular basis through the parish's youth group. They do many service projects and social activities and are under the direction of the Youth Minister.

First Reconciliation and First Eucharist are received in 2nd grade.

Confirmation is received in the fall of the student's senior year.

Students in grades K-5 meet Wednesday evenings from 6-7:15 p.m.
Students in grades 6-11 meet Sunday mornings after our 9:45 a.m. Mass.
